Step 2 — Pick your assessment
💡 Tip: 715 can be claimed every 9 months (not 12). 965 requires condition present ≥6 months. 2715 is NOT a referral — send a separate letter to the psychologist.

💡 Tip: Multi-select works — a patient with diabetes + CKD gets combined goals, investigations, and referrals. Allied health visits are shared across all conditions (5 total per calendar year, not 5 per condition).
Domains — pre-ticked based on MBS requirements. Untick any you don't need.
💡 Tip: Domains with 📊 have built-in scoring tools (K10, PHQ-9, AUDIT-C, GPCOG). Tick them to open the scorer — results auto-insert into your template.
Tick each area as you work through it with the patient. Scoring tools appear where relevant.

💡 Tip: Copy and paste into Best Practice (Ctrl+C → Clinical Notes → Ctrl+V) or Medical Director. Then fill in the blanks with the patient in front of you. The template is a starting point — customise to the patient.
