Infants up to 6 months who were born to mothers who did not receive Abrysvo in pregnancy, born within 2 weeks of Abrysvo, born with risk conditions for severe RSV regardless of maternal vaccination, born to mothers with severe immunosuppression impairing the vaccine response, or who have lost effective passive immunisation (for example after cardiopulmonary bypass or ECMO). No. NSW's list of additional free vaccines does not include MenB. It is NIP-funded for Aboriginal children (6 weeks, 4 months, 12 months) and for medically at-risk children (4 months); the NSW schedule notes it is recommended for other children. Queensland differs: it funds MenB for all infants and for adolescents 15 to under 20.
Individuals born during or after 1966 who have not had two doses of a measles-containing vaccine or have an uncertain history, rubella-seronegative postnatal women, and infants 6 months to under 12 months travelling overseas. NSW pharmacist immunisers can administer state-funded MMR.
NSW Health reported that the state-funded FluMist supply in the State Vaccine Centre was exhausted (page current as at 6 July 2026); stock may remain at some GPs and Aboriginal medical services. NIP-funded injectable vaccine is still available for eligible children.
