We don't collect your personal data. We don't have accounts. All calculations happen in your browser and nothing is sent to our servers. We display ads via Journey by Mediavine, which may use cookies for ad personalisation — you can opt out (details below).
Anonymous usage analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools are popular and how people find the site. This collects anonymous data like page views, country, and device type. It does not identify you personally. IP addresses are anonymised.
Aggregate demographics (age/gender): We use Google Analytics' demographics reporting (powered by a feature called "Google Signals") to see broad age and gender breakdowns of our audience — for example, "what proportion of visitors to a calculator are in a given age bracket." This is aggregated, cohort-level data only. There is no row-level record tied to an individual visitor, and Google does not provide us any way to link a person's identity to the specific pages or health tools they used. This data only includes visitors who are signed into a Google account with ad personalisation enabled, and automatically excludes anyone under 18. You can opt out at any time via Google's Ad Settings.
Cookies: We use a small number of cookies for theme preference (dark/light mode) and tool unlock keys if you purchase a paid tool. Third-party services listed below may also set cookies.
This site displays ads via Journey by Mediavine. Mediavine and its advertising partners may use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. This is known as personalised advertising — even if you opt out, you'll still see non-personalised ads.
You can opt out of personalised advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance. On mobile devices, use the AppChoices app.

Every calculator, form, and tool on this site processes data entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, stored in a database, or shared with anyone. When you close the page, the data is gone.
If you purchase a paid tool, payment is processed by Stripe (a third-party payment provider). We do not see or store your payment details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that transaction. Your unlock key is stored in your browser (local storage) so you don’t need to re-enter it each visit.
