Primary Health Networks (PHNs) are 31 independent organisations funded by the Australian Government to coordinate primary health care in their region. They support GP practices with practice support, mental health pathways, after-hours services, workforce development, digital health, and quality improvement programs. They also commission services to fill gaps in local health care.
